Hi! My name is Logan Schlutz, a top-performing realtor born and raised in Boulder County! I come from three generations of real estate professionals, I attended CU Boulder where I received my degree in International Affairs and Economics. I later went on to receive a Master's in International Business with an emphasis in marketing and Finance from Europe's #1 Business School. I am part of a small group of 50 CO Realtors who have earned the International Property Specialist, along with my REO, and Short Sale designations. I have experience negotiating multi-million dollar budgets, which I use to the benefit of my clients. I love to work, and never stop until I have succeeded in earning my commission and leaving my clients better off for having hired me. I'm proud to be recognized by U.S. News as a member of the 100 top Realtors in Boulder County.
