Made the home-buying process quick and easy!

From the start, Dena was so accessible and helpful. We were able to get our home at the asking price despite market conditions. Dena was also able to get us $25,000 in credit from the sellers and a new roof. Dena was responsive always and made us feel like her only clients. She had a team around her that went above and beyond. In a crazy market, we were able to get our dream house at the asking price…unbelievable. This was a completely different and much-improved experience compared to other realtors I’ve worked with. Oh, and her closing gift was so unique and thoughtful! I won’t spoil the surprise. Excellent experience selling my house and buying a new one!

Dena and her team have recently helped my husband and me sell our home in SW Longmont. We had an exceptional experience with her and her assistant Shelby. As soon as the contract was signed with her, she quickly made the house picture-ready by rearranging some of the furniture and improving the decoration. She then had high-quality pictures produced by hiring one of the best photographers in the area.
